The Potenza RF microneedling treatment is relatively quick depending on the size of the treated area.
A topical anaesthetic will be given 30 minutes before the Potenza RF Microneedling to numb the skin. The Potenza procedure will then begin.
During the Potenza RF microneedling treatment, the tip is placed on the skin’s surface. These microneedles then penetrate the tissue of the skin to the desired depth. As these needles enter the skin, they simultaneously release radiofrequency into the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production.
Further treatments are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
Results from Potenza RF microneedling can last differently for each patient and your skin type. Some people choose to have singular treatments, while others opt for treatment courses that will lead to longer lasting results.
We recommend three sessions minimum to see the full benefit and to achieve the best results over an extended period of time. However, some people will see better results faster than others and may require fewer sessions.
Following the treatment, the treated area may feel warm, and there will be some redness. The skin may seem slightly tender; however, this should settle down well within 24 hours
